The purpose of this TOR is to find and appoint a suitable consultant for the provision of a standalone draft Digital Trade Bill and supporting National Policy is to be developed that is in alignment with the Commonwealth Model Law on Digital Trade 2025.

The appointed consultant shall be awarded a contract that will be effective for up to twelve (12) weeks.

Bidders must submit all documents as set out in the Request for quotes (RFQ) document, no later than the return date of: 5pm BST on 1 July 2026. The quote documents are to be returned to the following email address: [email protected]
